Most recently, empty buildings and spaces of the once main industrial riverside zone of Belgrade are being reactivated by becoming multifunctional dynamic art spaces. In this way, it seems the two rivers on which the city stands, the Sava and the Danube, are becoming a new center of urban life. More and more, artists are dealing with, investigating and stressing out the specific issues and problems found in our society.
In Belgrade, be curious (because Belgrade is also curious about you:)! Interesting places and people are sometimes hidden and hard to see at first sight... but rewarding once you find them!

Re: Curious in Belgrade
Hi Emina, well summer is pretty hot in BG so it is nice to be outside during the steamy hot days and nights. The BELEF festival is still going on, it is a small summer festival of Belgrade. Concerts of Serbian, Croatian and other musicians are going on every night at the Kalemegdan park but also film projections and other presentations at the same location during the day.
I'm curious too
. what about this summer? Any recommendations?
A great way to get to know Belgrade!
Isidora,
