I have conducted research on political violence and indigenous organizations, youth violence and community mental health, research-arts and technology-based art. In 2001 I founded Realidad Visual, a non-profit cultural production and research platform that concentrates on exploring the relationship between art, technology and society through transdisciplinary socio-cultural research projects and research-arts strategies.
I also direct the International Festival of Video/Arte/Electrónica-VAE and PLASMA, a Symposium on Art and New Media.
Currently I am working on the Culturaperu Network Project: a 3-year cultural development program aimed at strengthening the information, association and visibilization capacities and collective processes of cultural managers, producers and administrators in five regions of Peru.
