Boris Petrovski (b. 1975, Skopje). Graduated from Faculty of Fine Arts in Skopje in 1998. Works and lives in Skopje as a free-lance artist. His work is divided in two major directions: exhibition participation and production, and party decoration.
In his video installations and conceptual projects he criticizes new world society, the way of living, globalisation, war, killing animals, abusing and killing of the planet earth. He is using the artistic media and vocabulary for expressing the way he feels and emotions he has, and spread his message around the globe.
In 2007 was awarded a 6 weeks stay in New York, as part of the Macedonian Young visual artist annual award, “Denes”, coordinated by the Center of Contemporary art in Skopje, Macedonia.
